    Hold on a minute, if he went out with a gun and shot and killed someone, but claimed he didn't mean to pull the trigger, it would still be classed as murder. He got into his car that night knowing full well he was pissed, he was the one in control of the "loaded weapon"....same difference? - still, sign him up anyway.

    He committed a very serious crime and received a harsh penalty, which he's served.

    Its not like we'd be his first club post prison either, Oldham have already taken all that flak. I know its an emotive subject, and there will be people who won't want him at the club, but I don't see it like that. He's a footballer, he can score goals, he's a free man, he's proven at Championship level.

    No doubt I'd feel different if someone in my family was a victim of drink driving don't get me wrong...but get him signed.

    He did have a shop that burnt down and their were some rumours but IIRC Glavin never faced any charges.

    I believe you post was in fact libelous.

    I'd rather have Chris Morgan back playing down Oakwell than that piece of **** that is Lee Hughes....

    If by chance he does sign for us i for one will never ever enter Oakwell again while that fecker plays there, saying that though they'll not miss my cash as i don't frequent the Games as much as i should to be fair....

    Principles hold strong with me- seems not so with a lot on here where fecking goals come first....
