if by some miracle you don't get promoted what is your situation regarding the fair play rules being imposed next season.
right so we not gonna have a fair playing field after all. mind you it may stop the owners putting the debt on the clubs and allay supporters fears of liquidation. won't it?
It’s that you’ll know we’re going to be changing hands very soon – and there’s unexpected problems: this Russian takeover is giving us our own distractions - this is the new chairman's (Anton Zingarevich)]wife Katsia ... really, not kidding you! Too much for normal geezers like myself - let's see how season tickets go next season, eh!! Mind you lads, his missus goes EVERYWHERE with him, absolutely no chance of slipping a hand in here or there because they're always entwined, a pity as she's a stunner in most people's books!:
Here's another ... she's a Belorussian super-model working for Victoria's secret, amongst others but no more photos, or the Barnsley lasses might call for my 'ead!
Mind you lads, his missus goes EVERYWHERE with him, absolutely no chance of slipping a hand in here or there because they're always entwined, a pity as she's a stunner in most people's books!: YEAH I WAS WITH HER A COUPLE OF YEARS AGO SHE WAS SAME WITH ME NEVER LET ME GO ANYWHERE ON MY OWN AND FOLK ALSO THOUGHT IT WAS ME BEING POSSESIVE WITH HER. GOT SHUT IN END. WHIPPET NIVVER LIKED HER ANYWAY
Yeah, we´ve joked about it... on the television interview: "So what first attracted you to billionaire Anton Zingarevich?"
Actually, checking the stats for our historical matches EACH side does pretty well when playing at home - overall, hardly anything in it: OK, a few score predictions?
The Independent goes with a Barnsley win ... The Independent Championship weekend betting preview: Take a chance on Tykes The Championship isn't a division that entertains many long winning streaks, so Reading's achievement in stringing eight successive victories together is deserving of all the credit that was bestowed on it last weekend. However, the unparalleled competitive balance of the league itself is what we respect more than anything and that's why we're backing Barnsley to beat Brian McDermott's men at Oakwell on Saturday. your very welcome to post on here anytime mate, along with bluebird from cardiff you add a refreshing addition to our board.
cheers, mate, will look in occasionally during rest of season as well now I know some of you ... in our local paper yesterday night: "In-coming owner Anton Zingarevich, who has been to the last two Royals games, is missing out on the trip to Oakwell as he is back in Russia celebrating his 30th birthday. And McDermott said he would be sending a card, but couldn’t think of what to get the multimillionaire as a present. He pondered, before adding: “What do you buy a guy who has everything?" " err ... 3 points?! Promise no whinging if we lose, or gloating if we win. For a draw take turn for the rounds! Hope it's a cracking game, lads ... and what's gonna be is gonna be
Cheers diab0 I'll wish you all the best for the rest of the season and hope you make it all the way but after today mate lol! As for gloating there's a one or 2 on ere that for some strange reason seem to take pleasure in making it know if something goes a bit tats up for us. Anyway mate keep popping in to the madhouse
My two bobs worth, for what it's worth Not gunna sign up to your site, although it made very interesting reading, you've done an exceptional job on scouting us. Reading are the sort of team we show up against, as we did against Birmingham away and for a large proportion at home, as too Leicester home and away. Fancy us giving you a game at least today despite differing forms. My main worry is if we play the severely out of form Jay McEverly at left back, one constant thorn in our side is Jimmy Kebe, I still contribute his performance at Oakwell a few years ago as not only the single best performance by a visiting player i've ever seen, but the straw that broke the camels back so to speak over Simon Davey's departure (something that needed doing tbh). Kebe will rip us apart if McEverly plays at left back, hopefully we'll bring in the new lad at centre half and move McNulty to the left, not as handy going forward but I suppose today, we could do with our fullbacks defending, rather than foraging (sp) forward. While i'm quietly confident, I still can't see us getting anything today, maybe an even first half in which where either team will score, quickly followed by the other, and then Reading to nick it in the 2nd half after we fizzle out around the hour mark. I reckon 2-1 Reading, Kebe is bound to score at least one, reckon Davies for us cos at the moment, other than the occasional Matty Done strike, nobody else looks handy in front of goal. One positive our club does have, which many seem to miss, is that our squad of 'lower league' players, and academy products have not only secured our championship status for what I feel will be a very open 12-13 season, but they've given the best a fight, and you've to applaud Keith and Flicker for what they have done. This season was always going to be about maintaining our league position because we've cut costs dramatically in order ot try and conform to whatever rule the FL will impose next season. I reckon in the summer, there will be more than just Portsmouth having a fire sale of players, thankfully we wont be one of them, as others have to downsize, we'll be improving. Hope we give some of the academy lads a go before the end of the season, the likes of Paul Digby, Danny Rose and Reuben Noble-Lazarus are well ahead of their time despite only being 17/18 and give 100% for the cause. Digby has made a few appearances recently for us, and he's a joy to watch, still a little bit raw, but puts so much passion into his game that would put most of the premier league to shame. Well that's the way I see it anyway, best of luck for the season, starting after 5pm today of course, YOU REDS!!!
