Only 30 mins to go. Will there be time to get the paperwork through? Will the chosen one pass the medical?

 

Will they get clearence to attend the amtch within the next 3 months?

Or will they be left on the sidelines?

 

They will probably sit wide on the right

Pull a muscle during the main course, be substituted then sent back to whence they came

 

substituted because theyre injured? Don't be daft

Theyre far more likely to have an allergic reaction to the food but be forced (after having words with the catering manager but losing) to complete the entire meal, thus making the allergic reaction much worse and risking their life and future meal attending career.

 

Either that, or...

they will be persuaded to attempt to eat roast beef when in fact they have been vegetarians for all their lives

 

I just hope that it isn't a muslim that wins the raffle

they'll be forced to sit on the bench all night because they havent eaten through the day. The fact that food is available close by will be ignored.

It could be much worse though, they could have just been on holiday in which case they'd spend the entire match dozing on the left hand side because of the sleeping pills given to them to make them more awake. I think that works in a similar way as giving a patient about to have heart surgery a nice bit of speed to make them sleepy.
