They went back three or four years after Conway's tenure. The period since then has been picking up the pieces after he chucked our war chest down the drain. Other than that I tend to agree. After Norwoods departure we look weaker. That doesn't mean we are because we don't see training every day but from the outside, at the moment we do. The trouble is, despite what some wish to believe, we are no longer an established Championship club. The last 20 years are hard evidence of that. We're probably a top eight L1 club at the moment and there is absolutely no divine right that we should improve year on year.
