Could you pass on the message that I hope she reconsiders. Not that my opinion will make any difference, but I know many people will feel the same.

I agree, I also found this site by accident years ago, and as I've said before I don't go to Oakwell anymore, I do like to come on here to talk to my "friends", I've said things I've regretted in the past but always apologised, but some go too far...lets keep it at banter eh chaps...Don't know what was said to Calgary Tyke but hope she comes back....Good Health guys.

 

Good grief. You're accusing someone else of bringing private lives on to the BBS yet you speak about someone's illness. And you bring this up in a thread calling for a truce. You're beyond redemption.

I've spoken to Kanecat at great length. I know her situation and have every sympathy. However, she does not bring that to the BBS for very obvious reasons. That being the place is populated by nutters. She posts, like the rest of us, with her private life very much private. Good on her. However, this can sometimes lead to a misunderstanding as someone may say something when they are not aware of that person's predicament. This, I believe, is what happened. I also believe that it was a situation that could eventually be resolved when the misunderstanding became apparent if it wasn't for people like you sticking their nose in and stirring it up. Well, not people like you, just you.

The only person bringing anything to this board from a person's private life and betraying their confidence is you, right here, right now.
