Can't say I'm a fan of that particular style of corporate bullshite I hear enough of it in my working life. We have to look at the employment of Ben as part of the long term strategy to improve communications and relationships. Consequently it's far too early to pass any real judgements other than to say in tear one he supported both managers full in terms of signings but overall little progress has been made regarding the relationship between fans and club. Too many silences around long term aims and noise about little or nothing.
