I'm away mate - Croatia bound next week so miss it. Gutted - never managed to get to one yet but I will one day.

I've never listened to Anthony & The Johnsons. I'll add it to the list. Alt-J are w@nk, though.

Tramlines is brilliant. But I would happily trade you Croatia.

Tortured soul bared piano based warbling, possessed by demons and broken by hurt. If you like the sound of that you'll love Anthony and The Johnsons.

Yeah but you don't like Arcade Fire either so I do worry about you

    Sounds uplifting.

I've enjoyed Month of May recently. Might have to open my horizons and give 'em a listen. I'm regressing back to 1960s UK Blues at the minute.

    Too young me.

Best in the dark hours when you've drunk too much red wine.

Funeral, Neon Bible, Suburbs. What a back catalogue to re-discover. New album out in October too.

Go on then, need see new music to listen to, give me a recommendation. Looking forward to seeing Dutch Unlces at Tramlines

Surfer Rosa by the Pixies. By a billion miles. Version containing "Come on Pilgrim" EP is even better.

    This thread is rubbish.
