    yeah I would say he has the best goals to games ratio. 24 in 45.

    I was but a boy watching Ashley Ward but from memory he had everything you want in a centre forward.

    Crikey some very good and very different types of forwards there.
    I really couldn’t compare Currie , Hendrie & Ward!
    Loved them all.
    And not the best but loved Joicey and Big Stan as well.

    Ashley Ward by a mile. In his brief time here he was almost unplayable and had everything in his locker.

    I'd have Neil Shipperley (not on your list) as runner up. Similar to Ward in all of his play, but not as quick, but made up for it in terms of assists for others.

    They'd have been some pairing.
