This thread just reminded me of this https://www.facebook.com/share/r/wa7oWsyZW3PUdbKo/?mibextid=UalRPS
Chuck the ingredients into the soup maker, add stock (stockpot & water) to the “max level” & choose creamed or chunky soup from the menu - so easy (the veg doesn’t need to be cooked)
Can't see the point of a soup maker missen when soup is relatively easy to make. If there was a Xmas dinner maker on sale I'd buy one
Indian & African soups rock, as a man who has done a lot of weddings for both. They have a nice kick, but are very tasty.
My home made onion soup using home-grown onions and garlic with the vital ingredient, Marmite. Accept no substitute!
Must admit am a big fan of Stilton in a soup and have had a go at plenty. If we were to extend the thread to foreign soups then I'm partial to fish soup when in Portugal, and French Onion (with crusty bread or croutons) or Bouillabaisse when in ...... France.
Love soup. Theres many an item I wouldn't eat by any other means. Blue stilton. (Aka, soap) Cauliflower. Sweetcorn. But in a mixture of other items. Great, chicken and mushroom chinese style. probably my favourite. British cos I make it missen. Lol. Throw oxo cubes in to add a bit more flavour. Any type. Voila British . Can't bring missen to try fish soup though. Not sure why tbh. Apart from fish is ok in batter. Gazpacho and Thai soups yuk. Puke. As for cup a soups. Bachelors minestrone with croutons. Flask full. Spring veg.
