    Willy Ferry by a country mile. Clarke signed him I think and gave him a huge build up. Christ... he was bad. Must have had photos of Clarke in a compromising sexual position. It’s the only explanation.

    For younger fans who never saw him. Imagine a cross between Prof Stephen Hawking and Vanessa Feltz!

    Werling is a great shout. That free kick against Plymouth will stay in my mind forever, what a ******* goal.

    It's gotta be Scott Wiseman for me. When he signed for us half of league's one and two were raving about him claiming he would make the premier league at some point. Started well bit after thst game away at Leicester he was a different player. God awful player.

    When you say the best wan*k player, do you mean the worst ever player, is that what we're talking about here ?. ;)

    Ok Dave Regis and Kayodi Oddjob have got to be up there!. And so has Ian Hendon even though he only joined us on loan in the Melvin Machin era.
    Richard Naylor was also garbage on loan in our 2001-02 relegation season.
    And after a good loan spell to begin with, Chris Lumsdon was total brown pants after we signed him properly.

    But this is of course all down to opinionados. :cool:

    However, I dont think Steve Lowndes was that bad. He was a midfielder and sometimes winger, and he did score goals, doesnt that count at least ?.

    Willy Ferry genuinely looked and played like some sort of competition winner who had with won the chance to be a footballer. You have no idea. Think Kayode to the power infinite plus Deon Burton and you almost have it. Hemsworth Tyke would spontaneously combust if he had ever seen him.
