Thought the same. No chance, but I'd be delighted with that.

He was Leeds first choice but doesn't want to drop to Champ.

I'm sure I read somewhere that they wouldn't give him a three and half year deal.

Makes sense. For the record, I don't think he'd be interested.

Graham Potter would be a good fit, given what he's done at Ostersunds.

Heckingbottom should be on that list, because Leeds will have sacked him by the time we get around to appointing someone.

Uwe Rosler would be my choice. I've been impressed with what he's done at Fleetwood.

Monk would be a great appointment for me. OK ex Leeds but if “one ov R own ekky ” has embraced them then why not. I recall an interview with him , he was on about being a Lad playing football, Barnsley vs Leeds. Leeds were the enemy.

This “one of our own”. I was embarrassed for the crowd every time I heard it. He was probably also embarrassed for them.

The number of times I have heard this player or that “will never go to them” lol

Football rivalry is all artificial. Hyped to keep the football business interesting.

Is always and only is about the money, and quite rightly I guess about no. 1

I hope to never hear one of our own ever again ....

I wouldn’t have any complaints if Monk was appointed.

Interesting that Paul Hurst is not on that list. He'd be my 1st choice.
