    I'd have to see the details, but wouldn't you get round that easily by simply investing more than you need to and therefore comply with scmp? Makes it more expensive for owners, but doesn't stop them subsidising losses.

    Also disappointing that the championship haven't looked to address their craziness yet.

    Looks like it yes, I was thinking more from our perspective will the owners out in more to ensure more gets to the playing side or the same and cut playing budgets.
    Perhaps that is what we are seeing now?

    So, reacting to Birmingham and Wrexham but not affecting Birmingham and Wrexham.

    Sounds about right.
