Well...I suspect he will. However I certainly won't knock him for trying to change the culture at the Club if he feels it needs changing....and if part of that is to remind our players who they're representing and our history, then bring it on.

 

It seems an ok idea on the face of it, but if a fan comes up with a suggestion, is there actual footage of the moment? Do the most commented get voted in? Who decides if not?

I suspect, like most things at Oakwell, it’s not been thought through and it will be a bit messy.

Aside from that, given the shambles we’ve had the last two windows, I’d be focussing every waking minute in getting rid of deadwood and getting in players to make a positive difference.

And let’s be frank, what motivates a player and what motivates a Barnsley fan are very different things.

No chance. This window was only open for mega bucks clubs to get some new stars in in time for their trips abroad for all tourists, let's be honest. It would be a fair comment if it was after main window. But this negative Nancy outlook at every single thing the club tries to improve or implement is boring. I dont think for one second Conor has suggested it for us to 'look away'. This board sounds more and more like Trumps America!!

Not fussed about the main story. If Conor thinks it’s worth doing, for the sake of little cost, why not. But I like this bit:

Shows how pathetic some people's job performance has been that every single year they have to come crawling with exact same "we promise better fan engagement" ******** after saying the same thing 12 months earlier. In any other business people would be out the door for performing so poorly
