yup its a shocker. bought myself a "laypersons guide to buying and selling your house" in the vein struggle to get my head round it. not sure why they put it in when the vast majority of people will never touch it again in their lives. hopefully i will never see it again after 2 weeks you put your house up for sale yet - find a decent website?
I suppose when you offer to more than double someone's wage and they turn you down because they've watched you play then you can afford tobe extra careful and play a waiting game.

RE: yup not yet, every valuer seems to increase it 10% so I'll put it up when I've been through the Yellow Pages
RE: I suppose when you offer to more than double someone's please define championship class and also please comment on the attraction of joining a club who's fans boo from the kick off?
RE: I suppose when you offer to more than double someone's championship class - the ability to play to a standard of a championship player
it would seem unattractive.
Please comment as to the reasons whyfans would boo from the kick-off.

RE: I suppose when you offer to more than double someone's And you can only purchase these players from the Championship or above, thats the point you keep drifting accross to. As for the booing....Several factors should be taken into consideration includinf fan arrogance.
