Re: Brighton fans are obviously Wednesday fans

A load of plastic fans that have just jumped on the new ground bandwagon, last time out in the Championship they averaged 6,246, we were in a division lower averaging more and on our arse. They couldn't fill a 8,800 capacity ground. Lets hope they don't suffer "second season" syndrome, thats a big ground to be rattling around the lower leagues in.

Yep we have every right to bid for him.

After reading that board i now dislike Brighton fans too.

Greer's from Glasgow, he's probably missing the cold up north and sick of seeing nancy boys in Speedo's drinking mojito's on the beach front.

Reading their thread has left me convinced that the blue and white shirt-wearing (lifting) tosspots are the southern coastal version of the Wendies, as suggested already. Deluded after 2 years of football, conveniently forgetting the last 20 years in which they've been at the arse end of the FL pyramid, while we contested Premiership games, Playoff Finals at Wembley and The Millennium Stadium, and a return to Wembley (new) for an FA Cup semi final after beating Liverpool and Chelsea. All whilst averaging bigger gates in our ancient ground, in one of the countries economic black spots.
I am now looking forward to Greer's impending arrival, Brighton's forthcoming relegation back to where they belong ala Doncaster, and their idiotic minority of supporters catching some kind of anal rotting disease.
*in case the fairies are still reading our thread, may I say well done to 1 or 2 of them for their decent remarks. We know who and what we are, and don't claim to be anything but. Maybe there is a lesson in there for the Bumgulls

Is it any wonder the Brighton forum has such opinions of our club and fans when they are viewing this thread full of homophobic drivel?

Look who's turned up on their board "Dessie" isn't he the pig that was on here? until their demise? More faces than a town hall clock now he's rimming someone else on another board. If he's looking for a deliverance themed topic maybe he should google their very own Sheffield Fritzl. We've got all that to come this season now that they're on a level footing, back at the rust bucket that is Hillsborough....

He was on here, always good banter and used to put a good argument over.

Re: Norwood sounds a promising player

They've now started with us "punching above our weight"....time for them to be reminded that we've spent more seasons in the 2nd tier of English football than any other club. I wonder what division Brighton have spent most of their time in and then we'll see who is "punching above their weight"!

They're the ones on about us being ***** when clearly they've been the far worse team for 20 years. That's drivel.

Had to laugh when the Amex Stadium got voted best new ground in the world or something.

I never saw the away end lit up red for us, not Barnsley Bitter on tap. Just two things they claim to do to make the away fans 'feel like home'.

Also don't clubs like Brighton get the councils to pay for the grounds, we don't have that luxury.

That thread makes a lot of them look like tossers, but is this homophobic nonsense really called for? Some of you need to drag yourselves into the 21st century.

If it makes anyone feel better, I wouldn't be surprised if Brighton fail to push on next season and attain the promotion that it seems they feel they richly deserve. We've seen it happen in this division quite a few times.

They must bus their fans in from all over Sussex as it's a well known fact that homos don't like football.

When they've won a major trophy, played in the Premiership or spent another 50+ years at this level I might start to take their opinions seriously.

OK....I've found distinct proof that Brighton fans are deluded....one of them says that McNulty is a class player!
