Shearer will make a right balls of it It's like letting a graduate become chairman of M&S. No experience and the expectation will be too much
RE: bloody hell...I agree wi the ...thats again........ NURRRSE nt Man, indecision's wreck folks lives....What you trying to do to our Dreamys? ffs.... ....
RE: Shearer will make a right balls of it M&S, now we're talking food, quality always comes out tops, Hes the cream that will rise, mark the words of a realist....Or a fool which maybe i'll be proved... ....
just a point.. not saying shearer should or shouldnt take the job... and tbh i couldnt give 2 hoots... but im sure we all no another manager that had little/no expirience and took to the job just fine... now who could that be (dunno)
If managing Newcastle is like managing M&S... I'd just like to offer my tips for success. Ditch the ready meals. Anybody with half a brain isn't fooled anymore. Yes, the strumpet with the sexy voice says this isn't just processed microwave lasagne, it's processed microwave lasagne with a specific ingredient in it. But give us some credit. Oh, and while your clothes are advertised on telly by glamourous folk, parading around in a chic 1920s world, when you walk into the store it's an old fashioned beige fest. Address these issues and a Champions League place should be guaranteed.
I think newcastle should listen to those numpty geordie fans on skysports... chanting for shearer. Yes, give him the job you numptys, and you'll be at oakwell next season in the championship. I tell ya, some bleedin geordies are on fullers earth, definately not planet earth!! ff
RE: He Wasn't Up To The Task I totally agree with you DB. He has spent nearly 25m in the summer and has taken them nowhere. The players he has bought haven't worked so he is in the firing line. Sven has proved at City just what can be done on a budget not much bigger. City were near the bottom last season. Don't rate Sam as a manager unless you want Bolton style football and only the occasional flirtation with Europe. His path as England manager would have been similar to McClarens. Newcastle demand more as a club. Also it wasn't Mike Ashley who appointed him so maybe he was always gonna go unless they got off to a flier. Time for Shearer to move in.
A whole four months in charge? And he gets the sack? Unbelievable. Still, he's a dodgy character anyway, so I couldn't really give a toss.
WOW I'm amazed!
It's often something strange that triggers these emotions eh. It's nice that you have finally realised - even if it is a while after a lot of other fans - there are still fans that probably arent happy though.

I find it more suspicious that only the perspective England managers are the dodgy ones and everyone else in the premier league at the big clubs are generally above suspicion. So much money floating about, I don't believe the 'thorough investigations' for one minute. But then I don't believe everything the media tells me either.
Seriously - proper LOL Harry leaving his beloved South coast from a job where he is doing better than anyone could dream to go to Newcastle. Who is 2nd favourite - Sir Alex?
With all the money available, just think of all the bungs he could pocket.
He would be off like a shot if offered.
He knows if he screws up he will be back to Pompey.

Comment from a Fulham ST holder Thank **** we already got a new manager would be as bad as Sanchez (he still thinks they will be playing us next year though)
