RE: Customer Service i used to work at ventura providing customer service for a well known company and it seems to me that companys make their own rules for certain situations however if the said customer kicks up a big enough fuss they usually get their own way leaving the first line of defense looking very stupid and undermined by their superiors. but it does exist just depends on how well trained the person you talk to is and what the companys policies are oh and the better paid the person you talk to is the more chance of getting the result you want is
Filtered/Bottled Water Absolutely no need for it at all. Great marketing, but no added benefit. I partly blame this for the way kids are always poorly these days. Get a bit of mud in their diets.
