If this is realism then I'd rather be in cloud cuckoo land. These owners have caused more damage to the club, fans, community than anyone before them.
It's not all about finances and wanting millions of pounds pumped into the club, that would be ridiculous obviously.

How would you say that teams with a comparable budget like Luton and Coventry manage to put out a team that’s vaguely competitive without going bankrupt? We are on to finish with the lowest ever points total by any club at this level finishing below WRDC and you think that’s acceptable?

This lot are the worst owners I’ve ever known and I couldn’t feel less engaged if I tried.

 

Played it around better this second half (Styles apart who's been awful) but still don't look like scoring.

Put up with watching this garbage for 24 games now, bar once against QPR. Really don’t think I can be ***** wasting any more time watching…awful not even slightly enjoyable or entertaining.

 

Wow, how many could we have conceded tonight with more composure from Blackburn? If we equalise and take a point from this, it would have to be the biggest fail on their part.

 

The Great Escape is possible if we replace the midfielders with Matty James types. On current form, playing with Palmer and Benson is like playing with nine men. I don't say that gleefully and I caveat on current form because only idiots write off players. But damn they are woeful at the moment.

 

More engaged than with John Dennis who was always willing to be interviewed on Radio Sheffield and meet Supporters at Supporters Club meetings? As for input - in my case taken to Oakwell in 1963 and seen loads of games home and away since then. It's called emotional commitment something lost on Lee and Conway.

Echoes my thoughts add to luton and coventy blackpool, preston,milwall even blackburn who sold less season tickets than us. When your owners say things like we changed the style of play so the players values were higher or we arent worried about relegation its hardly great

Not one Barnsley fan wants us to spend beyond our means & put the club at risk, but we have got to show a bit of ambition if we are to remain competitive at this level. Otherwise what’s the point? I’m dreading the thought of us going back to league 1, I hate it! I want us to play at the highest level possible.

After last season there is no way we should be where we are, the owners have messed it right up! A monumental **** up, & the sooner they are out of the club the better!
