to be honest given that they are spending nothing of their own money and do not seem to bring any contacts to generate income any of us would be just as well placed running the club. I didn’t expect them to invest much themselves. I did think they would have great contacts to improve revenue and visibility and in turn finances but they have contributed zero in those terms.
Give up. That team we took to Derby last game of season where we were relegated were a million times worse. Oh and that was using the much loved model.
If we replace 8 of the starting 11 then we may stand a chance. Only Collins, Helik and Morris survive for me. The rest can **** off.
Wasnt too far back on the Ponty hearing chants of 'We want Dennis out' say we want Dennis out'. But using your definition of engagement which was going to football matches. How are the current owners preventing you now?
The team that lost to Derby the last match of season got us straight back up but i can’t see these clowns doing anything similar.
It really wasn’t. This is easily the worst team I have seen us turn out at this level. Club is rotten throughout.
Then we would get that old chestnut when it doesn't work..... 'it's the board, breaking the team up'.
I don’t mind that. As soon as we were linked to an investment vehicle that was obvious. I’ve dealt with them via work and they are there to make money not give it away. That’s fair enough but you expect them to bring something to the table. Contacts. Advertising. A progression model. Literally anything.
It's too little too late. For what's it's worth we did fight tonight. And I nearly ripped my TV off the wall for the penalty shout. Blackburn for their current run, did nothing but try to run the game down and waste time at the end. We are still short of players for this division, and still short Tom come straight back up though. But as long as we pass it around to make players value sore... Don't make me laugh
