I am trying to decide, since you only seems to post criticisms on matchdays when we are losing whether you are: 1 Really a Barnsley fan 2 A WUM 3 Pi**ed before the match starts every Saturday afternoon 4 Suffering from some form of depression 4 all or some of 2 3 and 4. At least wait for the final score FFS!
Yeah weren't impressed with any of them today. Most championship teams would have took maximum points from a below par Cardiff city. Oulare, Cole and iseka will hopefully provide some serious competition.
You’re entitled to your opinion but your opinion is absolute twaddle. If Cardiff were below par, do you think that maybe, just perhaps, we played a part in that? They weren’t below par by the way. Neither were we.
Aye, it's all opinions...... We certainly played a part, thought we were let down by our front 3/lack of options up top.
Just watched the highlights, looked like a good game. Excellent stuff from Sibbick. Watched it half a dozen times but can't see how Freiser was off side.
Two decent sides going at it from start to finish, but very little in the way of gamesmanship or dirty play which was a pleasant surprise. So nice to keep J Collins quiet and I like the look of B Collins again. Looked an absolute rock at the back and that Cruyff turn on his namesake . Wow!! They missed a few, we missed a few. They had one chalked off quite rightly, ours not so sure. I wonder what VAR would have made of it? The highlight though, as I mentioned above, was our goal. What an astonishing, PREMIER LEAGUE pass that was from Josh Benson. Well back in his own half he looked up and arrowed a ball right onto Toby Messi's toes. The lad did brilliantly to take it forward, keep his head and score a fabulous goal. If the Quest lot don't make that Goal of the Day there will have to have been some incredible goals elsewhere. I hope the Cardiff fans didn't go home chuntering about not being able to beat TsLBarnsley because we more than matched them today and, in the end, were robbed of all three points in my opinion. Things look very promising for the season ahead and we still have plenty of first team standard players to come in. Where he puts them, who knows. We did look a bit leggy up front as the game wore on and one of VI's all three forwards changed would have been great. We didn't have them though so credit to the lads who soldiered on. Oduor looked classy at times in his short time on the field. They all did - I could praise every player but I'll leave it at that. I hope we beat Bolton in midweek and then get a bumper, raucous crowd at Oakwell next Saturday. I cannot wait to take my seat .
It was, if you know how . VPN - subscribe to it, log in, transport yourself virtually to somewhere else in the world and......that's it. The picture for me was not HD quality as it was last season but it was good enough and it was a great game to watch.
Imho a very good point and a very good performance. I was apprehensive when i saw the team sheet, with non of the new boys starting. However there was only one team trying to play footy and i came away impressed with our application and some of our passing. Would love to see the Frieser offside again but hey ho a very good point. Special mention for palmer today, i know theres a player in there but last season (maybe the tactics didnt suit) it was sporadic bursts for 10 and 20 mins.....today he applied himself until he was subbed and he (imho) was impressive. Also take a bow Mr Benson with that pass....sublime. All in all a good watch today...tactically good too. Looking forward to seeing the new boys.
Toby gets his first goal for us. Ben Williams is back from a serious injury. Showed grit to come from behind. Plenty of positives today. With all three of our new attacking signings missing as well. That we had those three not available and Big Victor still didn't make the bench you have to think he's off somewhere shortly.
