They’re going really well and look impressive and as much as I dislike them, if they are up their on merit and playing good football then fair play to them. Rather that than a clogging horrible bullying type side.

They know it's not always about selling players on for money. Our team is pretty inexperienced so when a player has something on their mind or want to talk about an aspect of their game, who do they go to? Has to be someone just as inexperienced apart from Hammill who's gone a whole year without a league goal as an attacking player who's always shooting. Blunts realise the importance of a few older heads to pass on their wealth of knowledge, share advice etc.

Yeah they are good to watch wilder didn't start great in his 1st few games as united manager but science switching to a back 3 early last season have a 70% win rate quite impressive.

Perhaps one out of the twenty million of them will have words with someone at work and then they'll bring 30 books out about football violence. They really are a peculiar bunch

So maybe as they have played together we could say they have matured as players and as a team?

Their biggest problem will be keeping hold of Wilder. Better win percentage than Pep. He will get an opportunity at a prem club before eos.

Wonder if Burnley make an approach if they lose dyche?

He’s a blade though so perhaps he would stay

As much as it pains me to say it, I really like their style - togetherness, up and at em and overload the box. He’s doing a fantastic job and created a team much better than the sum of its parts.

I have no problem praising them for what they are achieving right now. Whether or not it continues is to be seen.
What pisses me off more is how we screwed up with our players in January. But that is old news.
Wilder has said and presumably with the backing of his board that none of his players will be sold next January. If he can see it through then fair play to Utd.
We really do need to put a major spoke in the other lot today. But we all know what will happen sadly.

That was before McCabe sold his 50% to the Middle East. They might have different ideas.

WTF has when Hammill last scored got to do with him being able to pass “advice” on to someone?!

This thread is quality. So many are convinced now that “mature players” don’t get sold. It’s piffle of course

Probably get raided by local clubs taking their best players and sit them on the bench - our chance to do a "Wendy" on them :)
