5'10" and 13 stone. I'd have to lose 2 stone to fall under the top end of 'normal bmi'. That's ridiculous.

I am technically obese, with a BMI of 30.
    I'm 5 foot 7 & 13 & a half stones.
When I fill in the other test though, based on a waist size of 33 inches I'm not.
I have legs like tree trunks, that is the problem, I reckon.
Need to lose about a stone & I'll be happy enough.
I do loads of exercise, it is just beer & wine. My blood pressure, cholesterol, etc are all normal & I'm reasonably
fit for a 53 year old. I did a 50-odd mile bike ride around the Isle of Arran a couple of weeks ago.

Not sure what my bmi is but I’d imagine to be in the healthy range I’d need to be about 9’6” tall...
