Re: The man is top notch You just can't win with some people. And some people are just plain stupid. The comments are from the carers not from Bobby, so it's clear who has sought the publicity. And why shouldn't they? Care groups need to be public and visible to raise funds for their work. I'm sure Bobby won't mind if they utilise his profile to bring attention to their project.
Re: The man is top notch BACK OFF PHIL RIGHT NOW! My comments were directed towards the person posting under the name of Purple Haze from the article (as I quite clearly stated in my post). I do not take it kindly when you make inappropriate comments & false accusations towards me and mine. I'm a fairly even tempered bloke, but I'm not prepared to put up with false accusations from you. Do I make myself clear?
My employer gives its 30,000 employees a day a year off, to help a charity of their choice. Does that make us better than Arsenal? Probably not actually, with the fcukin money we get paid!!
Re: The man is top notch Bobby and his family sound as though they are lovely people. What a great gesture.
Re: The man is top notch Yeah but Arsenal and Luke Shaw keep quiet about it thats why nobody knows they give anything..............oh ,hang on a minute
Re: The man is top notch Why has this thread been ruined by a mindless few and why has quite possibly the nicest poster on here been taken to task?
Re: The man is top notch Exactly. It comes to something when you post an article that's nothing but positive about our club and it's longest serving player, which highlights a charity in our town, and one or two decide to take it off course in an effort to suit their sad little agenda.
