    Proud of the lads last night. As a group, they gave everything, deservedly won and gave any fans & potential Head Coaches optimism for the future.

    He wasn't though was he?
    I'm not a huge fan. I get that a lot didn't like his style of football. It certainly wasn't as good as Duff's team and I preferred Duff as a manager.
    But Collins inherited a team whose defence had all left the club, our best midfielder ill half the season and a goalscorer who, I'm sorry to say, was never going to continue his purple patch of early season.
    He wasn't s**t. He pretty much fulfilled what could have been reasonably expected of him in terms of league position given those problems he had to handle.
    I'm not gutted he's gone but he certainly wasn't s**t.

    Arguably he was better than 19 other managers in the league as we were in 5th when he got sacked.
