Agree. Kayo might not be a world beater but I still feel sure that if we stick with him, he will come good. I agree that time is running out for him, but if we go down, he will be invaluable next season, maybe that is what Davey is thinking. I still believe we will stay up because I am optomistic, but if we go down, we need Kayo. I will still stick with him. He's had a hard season and yet it was his goal that got us to Wembley in the first place, for that reason, he has my full support. I still think he will come good - must be bloody daft , but I do!
Can't understand why people would boo any player, but let's face it: Kayo has been lambasted from the word go, and he's going to get it from a mindless minority. That said, still don't think he's good enough, and he'll have to do something special to convince me otherwise. A great performance against Chelsea shows what he can do, but once a season simply isn't acceptable.
RE: KO i think that was me who said that mate about the nicking of the goals. the key blunder this season is the guy next to KO to be picking up the pieces, this is not KO. Look no further than the work shy Miguel Mostto. 400 feckin grand. it was a risk which clearly hasn't paid off. I'd still like to see KO here next season, whichever league we are in.
RE: Booing your own players is counter-productive Can't understand the people who would boo KO or chant for him to be replaced, just to let the coaching staff & board know that you don't approve of team selections. Doing so in a match is not going to help us stay up... if anything it'll harm morale on the pitch. If you want to complain about team selections, do it here or send Davey/Shepherd a letter... at most do it at the final whistle. Please don't sacrifice league points just to get your point across.
