Why would we not be able to? Last season we had the smallest wage bill since 1996. We have no debt, a acedemy second to none, a 5 star hotel, restaurants , spa facility and the second longest golf course in Europe all built by Gibson for the club (50 million pound complex). The best squad since the uefa cup final, things are looking up. Crowds coming back home and away.

 

You never got out of second gear, it was a training exercise for you guys. It was men against boys and if that is based on your assessment that you were poor then it is to be hoped that we don't get promoted too soon before we are ready to at least compete.

 

Enjoy it wile it lasts pal you seem buoyant which must be first time in a long time as you say you're having a good season the last 5 you've had will make it even more enjoyable I think a barnsley lad might brake your hart at end of season though
