Fair enough, I take your point It's just the view of a "victimless" crime that gets me when it's ok cause they'll claim on the insurance, which pushes up premiums and that gets passed onto everyone who takes out insurance. Of course there are varying degrees, and that's why some people are in open prison and allowed out to work whilst others are not.
RE: Fair enough, I take your point True, but I just find the Hughes case a bit more galling (admittedly, The Sun article has put a slightly different complexion on it) - not so much 'cos of what happened (he's a right to get on with his life) but the way it happened.
