I think we look like we're staying up.

I tend to agree. This squad don’t lack effort and spirit and have started to create more chances. With a bit of luck and anything like fair decisions from the officials we’d have 8-10 more points this season. Plenty of hope left yet, despite the situation seeming so grim...

If only the players had put their numerous chances away we wouldn't have been holding on.

I see today as a turning point. Until now we've been looking over our shoulders. And now it's happened we're League 1 ............
So from today we can look forward, we're only two points from Championship football next year and have enough games to do something about it, everything to play for, the only way is up.
Or we could give up and prove the soothsayers on here right.

Back to back wins for Birmingham, when was the last time we achieved that?
Just accept it, we are going down.

It’s the fact that we struggle with game management especially in the last 10 minutes of games. We never know whether to stick or twist and just drop deeper and deeper.Doesnt help when 2 or 3 players look knackered after 75 mins either.

Don’t have to accept anything until we’re mathematically down. As it is we’ve got a reasonable chance of staying up.

Clearly we shouldn't chuck in the towel. Clearly there is a chance that we will stay up. And clearly everyone will be hoping with every fibre that we do.

But it is not ridiculous to come on a forum and suggest that we are going down when we have just fallen into the bottom 3 with 7 games to go, when we can't seem to win a game of football even when playing well. Frankly, its ridiculous for you to say that its ridiculous.

Of course we might win 5 out of our last 7. But there is clearly a better chance that we won't.

Birmingham are now 2 points clear and have picked up considerably under Monk. Its fair to assume they will pick up at least another result. We need 6 points to even have a sniff. My guess is that the cut off point is going to be about 42-43pts

I think we are dead and gone and I'll be overjoyed if I look ridiculous by May. I will happily admit I know **** all about football.

Right now though, there's more than an even chance that we will finish bottom.
