Forest are a few years behind where we are if they are following our plan and i dont think there next manager will be British like Houghton. As we know it takes years to implement and it can be a rough ride. Its not easy and the fans need to be patient. I would say we are well on our way to being playoff contenders now. Build a team of hungry young players, develop them, sell some to balance the books and progress year on year. Which looks to me exactly what we have done and are doing.
