RE: The Breakfast Police I glad you explained the sausage bit. I was beginning to wonder how the hell aftershave might improve the taste of a fry up. You had me thinking, for approximately 2.5 seconds, until I stumbled upon the opening bracket.
I believe it is a hanging offence in France to have a cooked Breakfast. All the French people I know could not grasp the concept of a cooked breakfast at all.
And long may it stay that way . . . . . . otherwise everywhere will be closed between 8 o'clock and 10 as well!
Oh and .... ...a half pint glass of Innocent Mango and Passion Fruit Smoothie contains roughly 50 more calories than orange juice and supplies your daily requirement of fruit. (Also a good proportion of the calories is negative.)
And ...... ....chuck a tin of chopped tomatoes in a pan with some nice mushrooms and boil em up. Can be added to lots of meals and effectively calorie free.

Eeeh Wish I'd seen that ten minutes earlier. I could have had that for me dinner instead of my yoghurt and cornflakes. That's tomorrowsn sorted now tho'
