Basically it was a PR **** up again.

southend, liverpool, chelsea, cardiff. great cup run on the pitch, off the pitch we have scored own goals in every round.

 

It wasn't only us that had problems with the ticketing.

I dont know how to find it and link it, but on one of Bluebirds posts earlier today he was tell tales of 9 hour + queues for tickets at their place and people having tickets snatched once they'd got them.
At least we didn't have muggings in and around the turnstyles or does that just show Don Rowing can't even organise violent crimes to be carried out?.......Typical incompetance of the man

 

and Pompey fans were moaning re ticketmaster and saying

they wish they could have queued up to buy em, lets face it the club cant win, anyone who seriously wanted/wants a ticket will get one, chill out, this is starting to spoil what should be one of the biggest and best weeks in our history

 

what does Ticketmaster do?

well what is it for that matter

 

sell tickets on behalf of clubs, concerts etc

apparently the system was out of order mostly and fans didnt get the tickets they wanted.....

 

RE: mate, letting people buy 50 tickets would be a terrible idea

At a guess I would say most people who deserve tickets have them now. Anyway I don't think we will sell 800 at this short notice anyway and so touts weren't be able to tout.

 

I know plenty who are still ticketless
