The distance of the pass isn't very far at all to find Morris. There's no reason at all to try and hit a ball with so much power that it makes your standing leg lift. The only reason to hit the ball so hard is to shoot.

I think there was something similar on his showreel where he went to shoot with power, fluffed it and in doing so got an assist.

Very tidy finish by Morris though. I like the look of him from the very limited bits i've seen.
