Regardless of who he plays for

    That shouldn't tarnish a friendship.

Have a word with yourself, Nudge.

So would Nudger I'd have a few bob on it

Me I left my former employer of 25years for more money.

Not sure if I'd want either of my sons playing football as a career tbh... too short & risky a career on its own.

Arjan had the right idea, have a second career on standby.

the rest have to sell themselves to the highest bidder

Its like knocking a nail in a knot...............int it

........................ it just will not go in..........:pff ......................

Some on here are so so thick

I'll try again............the reason I hate the little ugly bleeder......its not that he left for more money, thats not the reason

Its who he left for knowing they are bitter rivals (and he had a choice)
Its what he's said since he left.............i.e slagging off Barnsley FC
And its what he did on the field and in the dressing room at the begining of the season before he left (while we were paying his wages)

I wouldn't have called them bitter rivals

    Until the Hume/Morgan incident.

Totally Agree Wi Nudger On This One.......

Any player that quits The Reds to join a Sheffield club should hung drawn and fecking quartered, not allowed to have a nice little carry on still living in Barnsley and no I'm not joking.

I've not seen the little tw@t since he left but I'd turn me back on him if I saw him out not stick me tonge up his arse like some do on here. Feckin Southern tw@t.

Everybody said it was ok Morgan leaving for the Blunts cos we were skint and they were a division above and look what that cnuts done for us since.

    And relax.

    His dramatic dip in form...

...coincided with his teddy-chucking about the way he perceived his position in the club. This while he was drawing his usual salary.

For that I believe the man is worthy of nothing but contempt.

How much of the wages paid out by Barnsley FC are put back into the Barnsley economy?

Most of the high earners at the club are distributing their wealth in places such as Leeds, Manchester, Sheffield and Preston.

So long may Brian Howard, Johnny Parkin, Sam Togwell and Grant McCann frequent our hostelries and visit our town.

even if a player puts money into the local economy by buying a pint - that's only about 0.000001% of their wage.
And the profits will be spent by the brewery owners who live in leeds, manchester etc.

'I hated Hirst and Wilson for defecting to Fowls not that it changed a bleedin thing'.........

    ..............are you joking !!!

I still remember where I was when I was told about these two i.e. in the same manner as people remember where they were when JFK was shot

So no, I haven't got over them going to a Sheffield club either
But at least they didn't pull Barnsley to pieces when they left, like the ugly dwaarf has done

Wilsons comments were something on the lines of - I had no problems with the decision to join Sheffield Wednesday because it is my club, the problem was that I didn't like the thought of leaving Barnsley

Now, if the ugly dwaarf had said something on those lines, then he maybe better thought of
But then again, he aint a gent like Wilson
