    I'm sure somebody makes these kind of statistics up. Every year they tell us its the hottest this or coldest that, wettest, driest, windiest, foggiest, or snowiest day, week, month or year on record. They've even tried telling us it was the wettest day on record in Barnsley a couple of years ago despite the fact that half the chuffing town was under water five years back.

    Been working on a roof in Oldham, never stopped raining yesterday, too hot to work in today!!!
