Based on what? Does he even have his coaching badges? Edit. I see he’s been AM at Aberdeen, so I assume he does.
Based on the fact he won't take any **** from anyone & gives this shower a good kick up the arse, I could be wrong mindst.
I think he could be an astute appointment.Over the years Basrnsley have done well with first time managers.Clarke ,Hunter Wilson for example.I'm sure he would command respect from his players and there'd be few if any who would down tools for him.
I'd definitely consider the player/manager option. With the state of our finances we could definitely do with killing two birds with one stone. In fact three because we'd get experience as well.
Can guarantee the club would lose season ticket sales. Having said that what’s another 100 on top of the thousands who already won’t be?
He's not going to come here. Wouldn't work for this shower. Would be great if he did mind - definitely in the PM role though! I'd renew my ST in a shot - and I'd buy Slightly Balding's as well - just to see his enjoyment.
Why would appointing Brown lose us season ticket sales?I admit hes a combative player sometimes over the top,but to have played over 800 games for club and country shows him as ultra professional to his craft. Not saying he would be my choice but at the same time I wouldn't be against him either.
I may be wrong here but I think it’s because there’s a lot of people in Barnsley who inexplicably support Rangers and Celtic, which makes absolutely no sense to me.
Does it make sense to you that a lot of people in Barnsley 'support' Leeds, Man Utd, Liverpool, Wednesday etc......
So, if you’re ‘from Hoyland you should support Barnsley? And if you’re from Stocksbridge you should support Wednesday, From Mexborough - support Donny, etc…..
