Personally I didnt see anything wrong with shaws tackle....they were both going for the ball shaw touched the ball but the momentum from the force of the tackle saw shaws leading foot follow through
Whilst I accept it's now deemed a foul in the rule book it's taking the game in a direction that one day if we arent careful will wake up and find the game has become a non contact sport ...... when I was playing that would have been deemed a fair tackle with an unfortunate unavoidable follow through....I've seen a lot worse and no action taken .....
