    yep,agree with every word,after what i've seen of union there arnt that many that could play in super league

    Sad to say but I'd agree with that. Wonder which of the current England RU players might stand a chance of making the England RL team if they switched codes? Burrell and Watson perhaps? Brown and Joseph at a push. Can't think of any forwards that would be likely to do it, though that may be doing some of them a disservice. Be interesting to see how Farrell or Ford would go at stand off for a RL side.

    If he was ever gonna properly make it in union he'd know how to spell polling.

    It's a bit difficult to make that comparison tbh. I would say there isn't a single RL forward who could make it in union either. With the loss of the contested scrum in league,the games are now totally dissimilar. RL players are now expected to be a uniform 6' 4" plus ( with a few very notable exceptions) whether forward or backs and the specialist scrummaging skills are now lost.. As to the backs, it's easier to impress in league (that's definitely not saying they are worse players btw) when there are two fewer defensive players up against you, and you can be tackled and retain possession without having to keep one eye on being tackled in positions where the back row can recycle the ball.
