I think on behalf of the rest of this Board, I'd like to echo the same sentiment. Well the bit about not caring what you have to say, anyways.
I get back from Canad aon Friday 4th January, straight out of Glasgow Airport, home for a few hours sleep then drive down to Barnsley. Result.
Isn't there an FA rule that makes it impossible to reduce the price below 20 quid or sumat? Sure we had the same debate this time last year. Good ol BFC, same ****, different year.
They should make it free in. Do something different. Be interesting to see how many roll up. Offer tenner off next game to everyone that attends.
In the third round proper it is a minimum of 15 pound "unless mutually agreed otherwise". From the FA website
15 quid min price set by the FA for third round ties and even without that I couldn't see Burnley accepting it. Best we can hope for is 15 quid which I think it will be. Unless our club make up a shortfall by letting STHs in for a tenner.
I can't get my head around the effect of that rule. So we can't agree with Burnley, who sets the price? And why would they set it at anything other than the minimum?
The most glamarous FA Cup tie ever. I think we'll be lucky if 6,500 go tbh, unless our form drastically turns around before then.
Burnley won't go for that though, the less of us that turn up the better for them they should propose 35quid in
