Re: I can see 'The Sun' headlines now.... Of course it is! Our whole system of law and order is based on this premise!
Re: I can see 'The Sun' headlines now.... I'm not the one being selective. The law is already selective when it gives anonimity to victims. The law already recognises the senstivity to the victim of these crimes. It's about time it recognised the senstivity of falsely accused in these very same crimes. To me the victim should have the choice. All anonymous or all out in the open. And also the law protects certain criminals. James Bulgers killers and that wench who foolishly gave her boyfriend a false alibi in Soham cos she belived the man she loved was innocent - these individuals are protected from the baying mobs by anonimity and tax payer funded relocations to new zealand etc. Why give real killers anonimity and not the falsely accused - both of which are at equal risk of danger from lynch mobs?
Re: I can see 'The Sun' headlines now.... I've heard that Basil Brush has complained about having a blokes arm up his arse for the last 40 odd years...
Re: I can see 'The Sun' headlines now.... Noticed last night that ITV published a list of all peados/sex offenders in their employment Then realised it was the end credits of Coronation Street.
It proves nothing of the sort. Dave Jones is proof that you shouldn't name people as suspected sex offenders based purely on an allegation. Matthew Kelly's television career was all but ended by being falsely named by police as a child sex offender.
