Don't be getting so upset we were playing a friendly n one against a club that spent loadz money. Was really pleased with yesterdays performance and never expected us to win.

eh? Kozluk was stood on the front post

Hassell was running in towards the back and when the ball was put across was about the third furthest player from the line.

So our right back did not get into him then. Our right back did not go round him with the ease we normally expect to see from Robinho?

Bobby Hassell very good league 1 full back, below average championship full back. Good squad player as he can cover many positions but he gets caught napping too many times for me, would have liked us to have signed a new full back but then again would have liked us to have signed players for all different positions.

    I'll refresh your memory

"Not sure from the video clip but we appear to have one of our defenders stood at the side of the guy who scores, and he stood with his hand in the air while the games is in play. Cant tell from the video who it is has anyone got any idea?"

    "Now we dont
What we have is hassell raising his arm when the ball is in the net. Its out of play at that point mate. Also you'll notice that the rest of our defence all got sucked over to one side and all failed to close down, mark or attempt to challenge the player casually passing the ball across the box. You'll see hassell has had to come inside to try to cover not only the player at the bacl (due to us having a striker in the wingers position again simon) but also the middle of the goal. other players firmly at fault. Hassell had nothing to do with it and he raised his arm AFTER the ball went it. so what exactly is your point"

That subject, the subject of you accusing hassell of being stood with his arm in the air instead of defending

    RE: I'll refresh your memory

Did he mark his man ?
    your argument says that
"You'll see hassell has had to come inside to try to cover not only the player at the back"

THAT WOULD HAVE BEEN THE CITY WIDE MAN WHO HE SHOULD HAVE BEEN MARKING TO START WITH"

Thanks for agreeing with me, Iam glad we have cleared than up

Is that how football works then?

He has one player to mark and should ignore any obvious threats from other players? I remember a time where the full back would move inside to cover if the rest of the defence gets drawn across the pitch and the winger drops back to cover the wide man. At least thats how man utd and the likes do it. We used to as well.

Was Hassell stood with his arm up when the ball was in play like u claim? Or was he moving towards the ball/man and raised his arm only after the ball had gone in the net? Simple question

    basically yes

if everyone does the job they are given.

If he had done his job yesterday , we would have won. As it is the team gained and excellent draw.

Was he stood with his arm in the air while the game was in progress?

Or did he only raise it after the ball had gone into the net? You accused him of doing the former so which do you now claim it to be?

    Yes he is

So I ask a question giving you two options on something that happened in the past and you answer with 'yes he is'. I conclude that you're pissed up. Do you drink before barnsley matches too? Thought so

    Did I really?

I thought I said hassell came inside because the rest of the defence had all been sucked out to the side (and yet still failed to put in a challenge). The winger should have been covering the wide man.
