God, you're hard work!

They just took it in the first place, said 'that's mine' so what right does that give them over anyone else to claim it? they took it by bullying and aggression - there that's something you may understand.

    Bingo!

Now, while you're on a roll, who did they take it from?

Come on, you can do it.

  3. Gue

    Guest Guest

They took it from the people who were living on it.

By using force, are you getting there yet?

RE: They took it from the people who were living on it.

So not "the state" then? Just some other land owners. Penny dropped yet, **** for brains?

Now the next bit, see if you can get your head around this a bit quicker.

Why the distinction between the royal family and anyone else whose ancestors acquired land by force? (apart from the fact that the royal family hand over all the profits for a fraction in return.) What value will you draw the line at and how far back are you going?

Now if you could just control your burning, and frankly hopeless, desire to get one over on me, stop painting yourself into impossible corners and actually answer a call or two you might, one day, leave Ventura for a proper job and be free of this gnawing bitterness toward those more successful than yourself

Who said I draw a distinction? Certainly not me.

As for getting one over on you, that's not too difficult because you haven't actually got much to say really, you're just very long winded about it.

As for where I work, what I do and at what level, you seem to believe that I work in a call centre? I don't I'm afraid, so that's not very clever investigation is it? Not quite as clever as you think you are.

As for your insults, it just shows the intellectual level you work on is different to the one I work on and I won't lower myself to your level. As for the gnawing bitterness, who is actually displaying that, me or you?

Can I have my £1760 back please

Thats what I pay in council tax

I live on an unmade road - get bins emptied once per fortnight and err thats it

I reckon the 62p I pay the royal family is a positive bargain

And dont get me started on Income tax VAT duty on fuel and drink etc

Can we start by stopping paying the people who keep giving multi billion pound contracts to people like EDS who without fail screw up the contract - but get the next one anyway

What was it about 60p again - in any case I think Windy saved me the bother of arguing that one through

    You get your bins COLLECTED?

You should think yourself lucky. I have to pay 128 Euros a year for the right to take my own rubbish to the communal bin.

And if you tell youngsters that today, they won't believe you.

"As for" Great, now we're getting somewhere.

"As for" so how do you plan to identify the original landowners and return their property to them?

"As for" your job, are you denying you work there? Is there any job there that isn't ****?

"As for" so you've finally given up on your original claim that "the state" once owned the land now owned by the monarchy?

And "as for" your "intellectual level" sorry wee man, this isn't Ventura.

As for would you like a shovel?

You really do like clutching at straws don't you?

Yeah, OK, maybe after over 1000 years it would difficult to find the original owners, brilliant deduction there Holmes. But try opening your mind to the wider concepts and get rid of your small minded pedantry.

I'll leave the shovelling to you, thanks.

    RE: It would be..........

However, they did take 'our' jobs. OK, so the previous lot were from Hanover and before that it was a mixture of Scots, Dutch and Frenchies, but in theory being the ruling or royal family should go to an 'English' house. But they were definitely immigrants, from Germany, brought over specially to do the job, must have had the right papers and stuff though.

    Temper, temper.

So, despite all your idiotic assertions to the contrary, the royal estates can't "revert back" to the "state" and we can't "return" them to their original owners. And when you finally admit to being wrong the other guy is a small minded pedant? Hee hee hee hee! You're a star.

Now run along and pick on someone your own size.

    Hee Hee Hee Hee?

    Who are you? Muttley?

Congratulations, I admit you are much better at the small minded pedantry than I am.

Unfortunately you still seem unable to even remotely come to terms with the broader argument so I'll just leave you in your small world and your delusions with regard to your intellect. Let me know if your IQ ever rises a few dozen points and we'll try to continue.

No temper I'm afraid either, try to get away from the delusions and conclusion jumping!

    Ah I see.

So you weren't actually saying what you were actually saying? You know, all the wrong stuff? You have a "broader argument" do you? Can you tell us what it is yet or are you still working on it? You better get it right this time or you're going to look an even bigger muppet than you already do.

    "IQ" Hee hee hee hee!

    OK Muttley..........

Just take it off them 'cos thats's how they got it.

There, the argument using words of only one syllable, just for you. I'll try to operate on this level in future then we just might be working on the same wavelength.

Say hello to Dastardly for me.

"It should revert back to the state. Oh, it never belonged to the state, I knew that. What I meant to say was it should revert back to its original owners. Oh, can't do that either....er...what I was actually saying is that it should be taken off them, yes that's it."

So, assuming this is the last time you're going to change your mind. Will we be stealing property from all wealthy landowners or just those who hand over all their profits for a fraction in return? What size of property is on the cut-off line and who will the new owners of the land be? Snowball and Napoleon?
