    Congrats mate !!!!

lovely and quiet, but just you wait, bye bye sleep !!![IMG] They never grow up in your mind's eye !! Mine are 19 and 17 and sometimes we still treat them like babies. </p>

Good luck kidda, in my opinion being a dad has massive highs , but sometimes lows. Be 'there' for them when they need a shoulder to cry on, or to share in their moments of triumph and joy and it's great...</p>

Oh learn this chant, you'll need it in a few years...</p>

    'Tidy your room...tidy your room...tidy  your room...tidy your room...tidy  your room...tidy your room...tidy  your room...tidy your room...tidy  you room...tidy your room...tidy  your room...tidy your room...tidy  your room...tidy your room...tidy  your room...'</p>

    Congrats to you both.

Remember that it's better to breastfeed babies mind, get all the antibodies for their best health. Keep a bed made up for her in the spare room too so she doesn't wake you up while she's doing it either!

now that is a very good idea....

we never thought of that, i'll run that pass the missus, but I will have to think about how to say it without making her feel I am kicking her out the way to get some sleep...

mmm, I have to nip and do the shopping on my own later this afternoon, so will think about how to put that across then..

    cheers for the tip(Y)

    RE: New arrival

Always thought that new babies looked like either Winston Churchill or a monkey until my daughter had one .... beautiful. My daughter who was jaundiced looked like a monkey.

    A quick note to everyone.....

Thanks from both me and the missus for all your good wishes, really adds to the excitement that everyone takes the time just to say a couple of words...

apologies though for not replying to every single post, but I have just realised what I had been warned that we won't always be able to do things as we want, so my visits to this site will be a little fewer than they were on the firts few days experience...
