    Oh dear, oh dear. This is probably a really poor go at drawing parallels but I remember a few years ago a sickening challenge on our star star striker left him hospitalised and needing surgery, and us without a highly paid for player.
    Now another star striker from our neighbours has been struck with absence albeit a totally different reason, sorry united fans you have to move on. "Its a mans game" etc Evans will not play for you again

    How bizarre that they will ban for life from Brammall Lane anyone they identify who has abused or threatened rape to these supporters on twitter yet the guy who has actually committed the act of rape is welcomed to train at the place.

    What a difference between us and them. We have strikers who are match fit and banging in the goals like Winnall and Cole. We've also a striker like Lita who's such a team player that he laid one off for Cole against Burton when with the match already won he could have been selfish and tried to get himself his first goal in ages.

    Them on the otherhand are so desperate for more goals that they may sign a convicted rapist who's not played for the best part of three years.

    Having read that statement of theirs, I think whoever wrote it is poor at PR. It is absolute cods wallop. How can they say anyone not associated with the club cannot have an opinion. What clout has the PFA in the matter. It is up to Sheff Utd to say NO he is not coming back. You reap what you sow and he sowed his oats

    like the above though the whole statement is crass in the extreme

    I'm stating to hope they do sign Evans Jess tells them where to stick their stand and they become the most hated side in the country by everyone not just those who had the misfortune to see how they behave at first hand like us West Ham etc.

    Could have gone for goal himself against Burton with the attitude of the game already being won and looking out for himself by trying for a long overdue goal. Instead he did the correct thing of passing to Cole to score. That's a team player.
