    Noooooooo. Not Wilder.

The football players in the football team need to try to win football matches for the football club.

Can we have a ban on any further threads or posts suggesting Chris Wilder? It's cloud cuckoo land on so many levels!
He's not going to come to Barnsley. Simple.

Was Allan Clarke or Norman Hunter's stock too high? It's all about ambition. I can't see Wilder getting an offer in the Premier League. If you don't ask you don't get. Offer him a million & a couple of million in the window & the option to sell & buy a few. We lose at least 6 million if we go down and our stock of saleable players falls through the roof.

Clarke and Hunter both had to prove themselves as managers though JP. It was their first job. Wilder has proved himself in spades at Northampton and Shef United. Getting sacked at United hasn't remotely dropped his expectations down to the level and situation we're at.
I'd love to be wrong though. :)
