Always said it. Are we meant to feel sorry for someone, for earning more in one year than most people will earn their entire lives?

If they choose to ***** it all on cars and the bookies, that's kinda their problem

You can fault anyone for securing their future. But you can fault someone for:

    1. Forcing a move away despite being under contract
    2. Missing a club legends funeral to sign for another club
    3. Jumping ship mid season when we're in with a shot of the play offs
    4. Moving to a local rival
    5. Moving to a playoff rival

He could have avoided all of the above my moving at the end of the season, where he could have potentially quintupled his salary or more at a different club.

Sam Winnall has done nothing wrong
As Hecky said - he's not from the area and so is not involved in local club rivalries.
Wendy came in with a big wage and he took it.

What I can't understand is why Barnsley fans anger is not being focused on the club.
It's the club where the problems lie !!!

    1) Why did the club not extend his contract in the summer - with 18 months on his contract Barnsley would then have an asset where bidding could start at £6 million - instead the club got just 500k for one of the Championships leading goal scorers

    2) Why did the club not refuse him permission to speak to Wendy

The whole Sam Winnall debacle has to be laid at the door of the directors of the club.

    Your windups are ****.

Of course he has done wrong. He was employed by bfc and was under contract until this coming summer but he has forced a move away from the club by pressuring his employers into accepting a bid to cancel his contract. That is wrong and immoral
