I've got no doubt whatsoever that if he loses his job, he will aim fault elsewhere. Again, that's not a personal dig at Michael Duff, it's just how modern coaches work. When they succeed and a bigger club comes in, they jump ship and cite ambition. When they fail, they bemoan lack of patience and cite lack of quality. Very rarely see a coach saying they just weren't good enough.
Reading around the welsh media it doesn’t sound like he’s got long left. His comments and demeanour aren’t endearing himself…I reckon if they get nothing against QPR then Wednesday he might well be sacked. Crazy really given that he was brought in to totally change their style, and I doubt the owls will be his favourite club if that happens!
