    Thats just it though, Davey aside, he`s not mentioned once in that piece. A piece about us the fans and Patrick which is meant to tug at the heartstrings to get us to renew and forget

    about the miserable football that we have had to endure this season. The more I hear from Cryne this year the less belief I have in him.

    As a rallying call its a terrific piece. Addressing the problems it doesn`t.

    This season has been a big dissappointment because of one person, the manager, yet in the letter to supporters he isnt even mentioned.

    Cryne talked of box office players the other year, they did not come. He spoke of a mid table finish, it did not happen. He spoke of having a £10m rated midfielder yet sold him for a couple of hundred grand. A team full of academy players? Well our 'young player of the year' this season had only managed to clock up about 2 hours of football in 9 months.

    How many times can his hollow words be believed when there are no actions to back them up?
