Had positive responses from around 5 people organising coaches so far, and about 50 more folk in it for the beer. I guess that its going to depend on which kick off we get now. Doesn't seem much point if its 12.15 on Saturday, but would be a really good day on a 4.00pm Sunday start.

Any more pub trips fancying this? Space for the kids to have a kickabout as well, so suitable for all ages really. And no, I'm not on commission, just think its a good opportunity for 600 / 700 Reds fans to get together before the game and not have to worry about transport problems. Cheers.
Would probably suit the London Tykes I reckon But then again they're a right whinging bunch of feckers, so you never know.
They'll probably want to go to some Wetherspoons in Harrow. Or the Champagne bar at St Pancras. There's no pleasing em

RE: Would probably suit the London Tykes I reckon yeah, well you can't please all of the folks all of the time can you? The offer is there, well, as long as we can get sufficient numbers obviously.
RE: Our coach would definately be in Serious question, mate - You say parking for coaches - what about cars? We're on about going in two cars. Were going to do the Stanmore route, but your suggestion seems a lot more appetising, and less hassle.
RE: Is it just coaches or is there car parking as well? nt From what I remember, there is parking for about 8 coaches, and half a dozen minibuses. Those travelling by car would still need to take the public transport route. The club is a 10 minute walk from the tube station, just round the corner from the Olympic Torch pub. Just waiting for the guy who runs it to give me a ring to get details from him.
I'm only messing mate
Pretty sure this would work well with em, especially if the rest of site admin are heading down.

Can get you a number for the Hoyland/Wombwell reds coaches... they will be taking around 3/4 coaches, they usually organise a social club to attend before the league games. PM me if you need a number that should get you a couple of hundred folk.
Hoggies Travel Hoggies Travel have booked the club, had a phone call last night to tell me!!! Not sure if they will be keeping it solely for people travelling with them, or whether they'll be letting individuals in as well. Sorry.
