    and teams are regrouping
    Remember Madrid didn't get pas 1/4's for a few years. How many teams have Germany got in to Semi's over last 10/12 years?

    It might take 1 season it might take two but our teams will win it again soon. At least our teams haven't been beat 6-1 and 5-0 or whatever it was in the cmampions league. Thats embarrassing.

    Yes it is true. And the a British or should I say foreign owned foreign managed teams largely staffed by foreign players that happened to have their HQs in the Uk have been spending big to bend the rules or like City fixing naming rights for inflated fees. Just because some bloke said something doesn't make it true. The days of ridiculous spending if FFP is implemented correctly are coming to a close.
