    This is the LEAST busy time of the year...

    He can hardly go during the season and pre-season starts at the start of July... when exactly do you suggest?

    I don't think you know how a football club works.

    Davey will have been identifying players from the day he took over the job and the end of the season - how can you scout players now when there are no matches now?

    He will have handed a list of targets to the board, who will be trying their best to get them every day I'm sure.

    If any agents come to the club with another player who might do a job then I'm sure the chairman will be able to call him to discuss.

    This is by far the best time of the year for him to go.

    I would have thought they were must see games, pick up some bargain players from the losers. He should be behind his desk, on that phone, not swanning off to the Costa Packet sipping his pina coladas. He looks like he can sup a few beers too,phone him to discuss players, probably wouldn't be in a fit state? </p>

    So some Yeovil or Blackpool players then?

    If any of them are good enough, he'll have them in mind already.

    I'm sure there's an arrangement where they'll chat whilst he's on holiday every so often. I know Ritchie was on holiday when GS heard about McIndoe's availability and a phone call was made.

    I'll ask again... when should he go?
